IMPORTS & EXPORTS

NAC2000 is an agent of various world-class airlines such as Kenya Airways, KLM, Ethiopian Airlines etc and is able to handle imports and exports to/from all parts of the world. We have a compliment of experienced staff to assist you with your import and export requirements; be they for commercial or personal purposes.

We also have facilities to handle imports/exports of special cargo such as live animals, horticulture, floriculture, aquaculture etc. We are able to immediately confirm your cargo flight booking on Kenya Airways and track its progress to its destination.

EXPORTS
We are able to arrange packaging, weighing and labeling of shipments and we will assist you in completing the Instructions of Dispatch form which is essential in the preparation of the quotation, booking of space and completion of export documents such as the Airway bill, cargo manifest etc. When all the documentation is ready we will submit it to Customs and obtain an export release on your behalf.

IMPORTS
Through our partner airlines we receive consignments from all parts of the world in the shortest time possible. Upon request we prepare the import documentation taking into account the requirements as contained in the Zambian Customs law. To do this we have a full-fledged Clearing Department that is geared to offer you an efficient and prompt service so that your goods are released to you in the shortest possible time. While the goods are awaiting clearance, they will be stored in a secure warehouse where access is restricted. Valuable goods are locked away in a large safe within the warehouse.

If your goods are of a perishable nature such as vaccines and medicines that require being stored at cool temperatures, they will be stored in a lockable cold room. Our charges for handling both Exports and Imports are very competitive and affordable therefore do not hesitate to contact us for details.

CLEARING & FORWARDING 

We offer cargo handling services for imports and exports at the airport. Our quick, efficient and reliable customs clearing services are also available at Chirundu, Nakonde, Victoria falls and Kazungula border stations.

The stations are conveniently located at the entry and exit points for both local and international clients in accordance with Zambia Revenue Authority’s regulations and procedures. We deliver and pick up goods right at your door step on request. We also prepare all export documents for the export of general dry cargo, perishables and live animals such as dogs and cats.

Upon prior request, we can arrange packaging of your shipment in accordance with international airline standards. Due to our close association with international airlines, we are able to offer you preferential air freight rates to any point in the world.

NAC2000 has an extensive experience in aircraft chartering and brokerage. We can arrange charter flights (both passenger and cargo) to any destination in the world as we have access to both mixed passenger and cargo aircraft of various sizes. This will offer you the flexibility to choose aircraft that best meets your needs.
