Ground handling of both passengers and cargo aircraft of any size as we have the required equipment such as the 20ton Air Marrel high loader, two FMC 7ton high loaders, four forklifts capable of lifting 3,5,6 and 10 ton loads.
In addition to these, the company has a motorized belt loader, Pallet transporter and several mobile dollies, carts and tow tractors.
We have 1252 square metres of space at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka and adequate space at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula Airport in Livingstone and Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe international Airport in Ndola.
- Providing wheel chocks.
- Providing passenger and crew steps.
- Arranging Ground Power Unit And start Unit.
- Arranging aircraft parking bays.
- Performing aircraft cabin cleaning.
- Loading and offloading of aircraft.
- Providing ground to cockpit communication.
Other auxiliary services include the following:
- Assist with obtaining crew/passenger visa upon request.
- Assist with obtaining local flight clearances and landing permits.
- Arrange crew/passenger transport and accommodation upon request.
- Arrange for catering upon request.
- Arrange for fueling of aircraft.
- Arrange for enroute and destination weather reports and filing of flight plans with Air Traffic control (ATC).
- Sending of arrival/departure movement messages to operators and concerned parties.
PASSENGER HANDLING
At Nac2000, passengers are a treasured asset and as such, specific practices and procedures are deliberately employed to ensure both their safety and comfort while they are in our care.
In observing this, our standards of service for passenger handling activities include the following:
- Assist with Customs and immigration for both arriving and departing passengers and crew.
- Direct passengers and crew to/from aircraft and into/out of airport terminal.
- Convey and deliver baggage in accordance with local airport procedures.
- Perform all pre-departure activities for departing passengers and taking into account the operation of equipment and
facilities related to departure.
- Check in passengers.
- Compile, prepare, sign and convey flight documents between aircraft and appropriate, airport agents and authorities.
- Inform passengers/public of any changes to arrival/departure of aircraft and take care of passengers in the event of
flight disruptions in accordance with instructions given by carrier.

CARGO HANDLING
We have the best and largest compliment of handling equipment composed of high loaders, forklifts of various capacities, belt loader, pallet transporter, tow tractors, passenger steps and a large number of both mobile and static dollies that enables us to load or offload any type of aircraft be it all cargo or mixed passenger and cargo.
Our high loaders have a capacity ranging from six tons to twenty tons; giving us the flexibility to load/offload any size of cargo including oversized pieces such as hydro electric generating motors which weigh around twenty tons each piece.
We have a large quantity of the standard dollies and have the capability of converting them into twenty foot dollies at very short notice. In this respect we can boast that we are the only ones in the whole country who have the capability to provide a twenty foot dolly conversion.
Although our main operating base is at Lusaka's Kenneth Kaunda International International Airport, we have presence at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport and Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe international Airport situated in Livingstone and Ndola respectively.
