LINE MAINTENANCE & FLIGHT DISPATCH

Line Maintenance:
We can offer water and toilet service, chocks, ground to cockpit communication and cabin cleaning.

Our unit can also offer technical assistance in the event of changing wheels or topping up tyre pressure. Our services include:

• Aircraft Ground Engineering Services
• Perform pre-departure inspection according to the carriers instructions
• Provide ground and flight Crew communication system
• Cabin toilet and water service

NAC2000 has a compliment of qualified and experienced professional staff ready to serve. We have refocused our business to give you the shortest possible turnarounds at the airport so that you may achieve optimum utilisation of your aircraft and crew time.

Flight Dispatch:
We offer assistance in flight plan filing, weather and meteorological services, aircraft movement messages and crew briefing. We can book crew accommodation and provide ground transport to or from the airport.

AIRCRAFT AIR-CHARTER BROKING

NAC2000 has a wide experience in chartering and aircraft broking gained during its earlier years when it existed as the cargo-operating subsidiary of the liquidated Zambia Airways.

When scheduled services are not able to give you the required space for your precious exports or special interest group such as football teams, church members, school parties, wedding parties etc, we are able to arrange a charter flight to any destination in the world. We have access and contacts to both mixed passenger/cargo and all cargo aircraft of various sizes ranging from light aircraft, short, medium and long range narrow body aircraft (Turbo props, B737/727/757, DC8, 9 etc) as well as small and large wide aircraft (B767, DC10, MD 11, B747, Illushyin etc).

The charter aircraft will offer you the flexibility to choose departure times that best meet your particular mission requirements. Our sister company has been granted an Air Services Permit by the Government of the Republic of Zambia. This now means that we can offer you both passenger and cargo charter flights at very competitive rates to repatriate refugees, move peace keeping forces as well as to transport those urgent consignments (medicines, relief food, motor vehicles/spare parts etc).

WAREHOUSING

We have 1252 square metres of space at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka and adequate space at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula Airport in Livingstone and Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe international Airport in Ndola.

Delivery of Goods
After all customs formalities have been fulfilled by the importer through the department of customs and excise according to customs and excise act, goods are released for consumption. At this point, the company uses its pick up for delivery at a fee according to the distance of destination.

Pick Up of Goods (Exports)
The company picks up goods for exports at the request of the exporter at a reasonable fee, this is also according to the point of pick up and airport.
